They are the golden standard for the ARC, Bastions are durable, powerful, perceptive, and applying pressure is what they are good at. With a high power gatling gun and enough armor to make it practically invincible to anything that doesn't have a solid amount of armor penetration, it is the main example when ARC comes to mind.

Combat Advisory

They are suprisingly perceptive, being able to see raiders from a good distance away and gun them down with perfect precision, even for an ARC. They are extremely watchful and are reported to wait at an area where a raider attacked it for a considerable amount of time to see if they return. When shooting it, make sure to aim for the yellow ball joints on each leg, as shooting one will temporarily stun it long enough to deal extra damage or even heavily weaken its back canister. If the back canister is destroyed, its superheated core will be exposed. The core can be shot down quickly by almost any weapon and results in a quick kill. It is exceptionally vulnerable to any grenades, particularly heavy fuse and trailblazers, so bring them if you're looking to destroy them, and ALWAYS throw it towards the underside.
